Marshal Garbus

Marshal Garbus joined Gursky|Wiens in August of 2019. Marshal focuses primarily on the firm’s employment benefits and labor law practice areas. His career advocating for workers’ rights began with a legal aid clerkship in Texas combatting wage theft and workplace safety violations. Prior to joining the firm, he externed at Region 15 of the National Labor Relations Board and clerked for Farmworker Justice promoting labor reform in Washington, D.C. During law school, Mr. Garbus was the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and a student attorney in the school’s first Immigrants’ Rights Practicum.
